By Our Co-President, Sister Teresia Wamũyũ Wachira, was a featured panelist at the UISG Advocacy Forum on ‘Religious Women: Leadership and Development’.
The forum, held in Rome, October 23-24, convened women religious from around the world to talk about their efforts to tackle global challenges such as climate change, poverty, violence, and migration.
On that occasion, Sr. Wamuyu was also interviewed by Vatican News. “Events like this one bring people together so that we can hear other people’s experiences and then work as a group to respond to the needs of the world,” said Sr. Wamuyu in the interview.
