SUMMARY:Pax Christi International and Kairos II
DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday 14 July\, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM (Brussels time)\, Pax Christi International and Kairos Palestine will host a joint webinar to share the work carried out together over the past months and the joint efforts to continue working for peace in the context of the Holy Land\, still marked by deep wounds. \nThe occasion will allow us to explore in depth the “Kairos II: A Moment of Truth – Faith in a Time of Genocide” document\, published by Kairos Palestine in Bethlehem in November 2025\, which\, building on the legacy of the first document from 2009\, offers a renewed reflection on the reality experienced by the Palestinian people and the Christian communities of the Holy Land\, renewing the call for a peace founded on respect for human rights. \nWe will also explore Kairos II through the informative booklet “Kairos II and Pax Christi International: From Reflection to Concrete Action”\, which we released in May as an accompaniment to the original document and as a testimony to the shared journey. \nWe invite all those interested to this valuable opportunity to hear the voices of the protagonists and reflect together on how to continue working in the spirit of nonviolence. \n  \nClick here to register \n\nAgenda\nModerated by: Ann Farr\, Pax Christi International “A Just Peace in the Holy Land” Working Group  & Pax Christi England and Wales \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIntroductionMartha Inés Romero\, Pax Christi International Secretary General\n\n\nKairos Palestine and Kairos II \n\nDr. Muna Mushahwar\, Kairos Palestine\nYusef Daher\, Kairos Palestine\n\n\n\n\nPax Christi International and Kairos PalestineScott Wright\, Pax Christi International “A Just Peace in the Holy Land” Working Group  & Pax Christi USA\n\n\nPax Christi International and Kairos II BookletGiulia Bordin\, Pax Christi International Advocacy Officer\n\n\nQ&AModerated by Giulia Bordin\n\n\nClosing remarksMartha Inés Romero\, Pax Christi International Secretary General\n\n\n\n\n\nSpeakers\n🔹Ann Farr has been a member of Pax Christi England and Wales for many years.
