Pax Christi International welcomes Lilian Muthoni Majekodunmi to the International Secretariat

 

17/5/19 - Pax Christi International is pleased to welcome Lilian Muthoni Majekodunmi to the staff of the International Secretariat. Ms. Majekodunmi is originally from Nairobi, Kenya and will be in a part-time position as a fundraiser working from the Brussels office of Pax Christi International. She joins recent addition Teresa De Vivo in the fundraising office.

Before joining Pax Christi International, Ms. Majekodunmi worked in a support role in development for the Ghana Health and Education Initiative (GHEI) based in California, USA. In addition to her work at Pax Christi International, she is also currently volunteering part-time as the Acting Director of Grant Applications for the Society of Women Coders (SOWCoders) in New York, USA.

Ms. Majekodunmi's educational background includes a diploma in Public Relations from Graffins College in Nairobi, Kenya. She received her BSc as a Business Management graduate from the London College of Contemporary Arts (University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom).

Asked about what it is that she looks forward to in joining the staff at Pax Christi International, she stated: “I look forward to contributing to Pax Christi International’s mission and a fruitful collaboration with its teams and meaningful projects aimed at fostering a peaceful co-existence and respect of basic human rights across the world."
