USA: Pax Christi USA leadership keynote conference for women religious on anti-racism

9/4/19 - In late March in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, the Justice Conference of Women Religious held their Third National Convocation. The keynote presenters for the convocation were Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur Patricia Chappell and Anne-Louise Nadeau of Pax Christi USA. They brought their expertise as experienced presenters and workshop leaders specialising in anti-racism work. Sister Patricia serves as Executive Director, and Sister Anne-Louise as Program Director, of Pax Christi USA.

Sr. Patrica and Sr. Anne-Louise invited participants to examine the roots of systemic racism and explore the difficult work of purging themselves, their communities, and their country of the sin of racism and its destructive effects.
