At the end of March, another session of the Training of Trainers (ToT) programme — an initiative carried out by Pax Christi International across African regions led by Dieudonné Serukabuza, Pax Christi International Africa Regional Coordinator — came to a close.

This time, we were in South Sudan, working with a group of sisters from the dioceses of Mau, Rumbek, Juba and Tombura-Yambio.

At such a difficult and delicate time for the entire country, we strive to promote a message of peace through our Nonviolence training courses. Once they have acquired the foundations of the training, the sisters will return to their respective communities, where they will pass on these values in schools, parishes and religious settings.
