CNI Fall Series
The CNI Fall Series is an annual program of the education committee of the Catholic Nonviolence Initiative. It is produced for Catholic university professors, students, and campus ministry centers, with a particular focus on Peace Studies and Theology faculty and students as a supplement to their education.
This series aims to deepen their understanding of Gospel Nonviolence and its vital implications for contemporary culture, politics and global relations between nations, with the hope that it will lead to a lifelong commitment to embrace and integrate gospel nonviolence into their own lives and work.
Catholic Noviolence Days of Action
The Catholic Nonviolence Days of Action take place from 21 September (International Day of Peace) until 2 October (International Day of Nonviolence and Gandhi’s birthday). These days, people worldwide are encouraged to come together in solidarity to promote and celebrate nonviolence.
Aligned with Campaign Nonviolence, the Week of Prayer for Peace in Palestine and Israel, and the Season of Creation, this event provides an opportunity to recognise the power of Nonviolence in our faith and around the globe.
