Edited by Reverend Harry Kerr, this edition explores the different perspectives surrounding the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), following the Eleventh Review Conference of the Parties. The issue also includes the report by Mary Yelenick, a member of the Pax Christi International delegation that participated in the Conference.
