Our representatives and members meet with high-level representatives of the Church and of governments to advocate for disarmament and for nonviolence as an effective way to transform conflicts and build a just and lasting peace.
In particular, through Pax Christi International’s Catholic Nonviolence Initiative, we aim to make nonviolence research, resources and experience, more accessible to Catholic Church leaders, communities and institutions in order to deepen Catholic understanding of and commitment to the practice of Gospel nonviolence.
