On Saturday May 9, at 3 pm EDT, we invite you to take part in a webinar to reflect together on the consequences of drone warfare, which continues to perpetuate acts of genocide in conflict settings such as Sudan and Palestine, effectively eroding respect for international law.

Pax Christi International is among the co-organisers of the event, alongside the Weaponized Drone Ban Treaty Campaign, Global Solidarity for Peace in Palestine Coalition, the International Fellowship Of Reconciliation (IFOR), International Peace Bureau (IPB), and World BEYOND War.

We will be represented by Dr. Mawa Abdelbagi Osman Mohamed, Research Fellow at Goethe University Frankfurt (Institute of Political Science), where she focuses on women’s agency, youth peacebuilding, and social solidarity in Sudan’s ongoing conflict, and consultant of Pax Christi International on Sudan.
